Holiday Elves & Santa Candy Containers

I love these little pinecone elf-guys! They originally sold for 5-10 cents back in the 60’s now they can cost as much as $15.00 each!

My favorites are the papier mache ones made in Germany, except they do have scary rice-like teeth! grrr...

German made

The others that you see here, were made in Japan and have plastic faces with cute little grins--- their eyes are always looking in the same direction.

They stand only about 3” tall and their bodies are made from a real pinecone. Some are playing musical instruments and others are holding lanterns or trees.
