Large Foo Progress

As you can see, I have working on my larger "Foo Man" watercolor. I actually have been switching back and forth between painting on this one, and drawing out a new one to take with me on our trip next month. I think we will be driving the little car, so I need to bring (smaller scale) art supplies with me this time. Plus, I can just see me painting outside on the deck of this rental beach house and a seagull fly by and ((poooop!!)) Gawd that would be a drag huh. I remember my art teacher always saying... "If you've goofed up on an area of your painting...to just "take advantage of your mistake." ya ok...so how do you take advantage of gross seagull poop?

Like my toenail polish? Ya. I kinda was trying a NEW look ;)

Well, I just wrote a REALLY long Blog entry and Peanut (my cat) walked across my laptop and hit something and froze my computer and I lost it all :( So on that frustrating note I will say--
See ya!
Have a nice Tuesday,

Others' thoughts...

Yeah, that would be a drag: you don't work much in black and white...

Ah, man! Peanut, you owe us a post!

Love the painting!!!!
Is it going on Ebay???????
Had to control myself on the last few due to taxes. :)
My wife commented on how much she loves the painting you did of her. Thank you again.

Can I get permission from you to try to recreate one of the paining on a personal use kite?
I think the first girlie girl would make a great applique kite. But I want to make sure it is ok first.
