At lunch I ate leftover Chicken Cordon Blu that I made last night for Kip's birthday. He had to work all day and didn't get home until after 8pm...but after he got home he wolfed down a plate full of chicken and opened his birthday gifts. We watched the NBA playoff game on TV and just relaxed. I think he had a good time, I hope so. You know it's kinda depressing to have a birthday sometimes, and I think he just kinda wanted to get the day over with... HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANYWAY KIPLAN!!!
BTW: I used a different ham in the recipe last night. Gawd...it just has no flavor! Yuk! You've gotta use something like Black Forest Ham in these little bundles...it just makes such a big flavor difference. ok...done talking food. Sorry...my mind is wandering alot today, down narrow paths. :)
Yesterday I found some white wooden brackets (for two 6 ft. long shelves) at Home Depot that I will be putting up in my studio. (ahem, Kip will be putting them up for me...I'll hand him the screwdriver ;) Then I'll have space for my sandpails and other old trinkets. Yes, I know just another spot I'll never dust once it's all set up. It'll be just too high, waaaay up there. No one will see the dust anyway. I don't think my house makes dust anyway. I have a perfect house- dust free- not a spec, not even under the couch. :P

Should you write you name in that stuff over there on that table, I will just tell you that having an education and being able to write your name is a wonderful thing...........
