B of P

Taken yesterday at Capitol Nursrey.

I'm a busy little kitten today, so I'll meow at you all later...

Oh! Look at this cool cloud over France!

Happy Tuesday!

Others' thoughts...

fellow on a Cincinatti tv show (Paul Baby) in the 60's used to sing . . .
May the bird of paradise fly up your nose
May an elephant caress you with his toes
(something, something, something)
May the bird of paradise fly up your nose.

I have no idea if he made it up or not. He did make up the Libby's jingle

If you have Libby's Libby's Libby's
on your table table table
you will like it like it like it
on your table table table
Put Libby's Libby's Libby's
on your table table table

Sad, isn't it?
LOL

It's been a long time since I saw a Bird Of Paradise, I am so glad you posted that. They have such a strange angular beauty, so tropical looking! Really the colors are amazing also. They don't grow here in Idaho :-(

As kids we would cut the flower part off the Bird of Paradise, turn it upside down and use it as a golf club type thingy to hit balls around the backyard. :~) I remember that Bird of Paradise song too, but can't remember the rest of the words either.

Cool French iridescent cloud.

Our world has so much beauty!

"May the bird of paradise fly up your nose
May an elephant caress you with his toes
May your wife be plagued with runners in her hose
May the bird of paradise fly up your nose."

was that it?

Wicked colors in that photo.

I wondered where that bird of paradise went.....lol....that would explain the weird feather in my mustache.

Busy kitten do your thing....milk break later.

Have a good day. :)

its ok-brain of the century has sussed it out-anyone want to swap a hardly used malfunctioning set of grey cells for something more useful.....like a fog-knitting machine or a bucket of striped paint?......

ty Joe, I hope you have a better day too, since you had a frustrating day yesterday.

A big glass of milk does sound good about now!

Are you still having problems Lea? Your link DOES go to your website now---but not your LJ? I'm confused.

yay, Lolo - that is the rest of the song. Everyone got it firmly stuck in their heads now? ;-)) Thanks for the photo - loverly, just loverly.

I will be back in Ohio in August for a high school reunion - at least that is the plan. I could check for you then. lol
