It looks like I'm receiving emails fine but I'm not sure mine are being received? Lanset is closed til Mon. so nothing I can do til' then ---I'm pissed. So, poo is right Jennifer. (and yes, my blog is through Lanset as well)

Uno Mas's fish tacos are pretty good though, located on J st. across from the Old Spaghetti Factory. Been there? Speaking of food and restaraunts, have you tried Lucca on J st.?

Yes Jennifer, I do miss Pescados! I liked their white sause better than the one I made last night...do you know what their ingredients were?

Uno Mas is ok...haven't been to Lucca's yet. Evertime we pass it I say to Kip that we need to try that place, because it looks neat inside. Is it good?

Yunno, Lolo, I do happen to know the ingredients to Pescado's white sauce. (I dated a dude who prepped all of their stuff).

White Sauce: Mayonnaise, plain yogart, and dried oregano. Thats it! Sorry I don't have the specific amounts, but with your culinary talents, I don't think you'll have a problem calculating. I bet you have fresh oregano in your garden to use too. No?

Re: Lucca's. No, I haven't eaten there yet. It looks so inviting. I did however, have the great fortune to go to the little town/fortress/village/kingdom of Lucca in Italy.
Soooo this is another reason this little restaraunt intrigues me so. Gotta go check it out.

I know lolo, re: the lime, I thought the same thing. I think to add a little. (I'm a lime lubber). Perhaps a dash of S and P wouldn't be a bad thing to add either.
