Let's Party! (after Wednesday)

Just finished another one. I'm happy with it.

I'll bring the champagne! Joe will bring sausages...

...Ann will bring a Emmylou Harris CD, Erika will bring something yellow, Leanne will bring donuts, Stefani will bring leftovers :), Leigh will bring human food shaped as dog bones, Jennifer will bring a crab ball from Trader Joes, Jen will bring hot chocolate, Lili will bring some glue and magazines to make collages, Bran will bring a bouquet of sunflowers and long cut tea, Valerie will bring knitted placemats, Jelene will bring Harley (her basset hound) to eat the stuff that falls on the floor, Donna will bring her new kitty Lili Rose, Edee will bring some sage incense, Robin will bring a vintage sandpail filled with chocolate, Sheila will bring some beautiful hoar frost, Teresa will bring felted hats, Ray will bring his Jag for us to drive to Albertson's for more champagne, DanMan will bring a large portabella mushroom and cheese omelette and a first aid kit, Kitty will bring some Candle Tarts and world famous chili, Lorraine will bring her favorite book on George Bush, Moosey will WALK here--bringing purple finger moose puppets for us all, Stephani will bring Lemon seed muffins and Jenny will bring me a copy of the book"What Happened to George!"

Pahhh-ty! Pahhh-ty! Emmylou and I will be there!

The close up is so cool. Looks like you used pastels on it too? I've been playing with a watercolor of mine that isn't turning out the way I wanted so I tried using colored pencil on it. It's fun to try new things. :~)

Love this new flower!

Actually Ann, it's prisma colored pencils not pastels! See ya Wed. ;)

Think we should trust Joe with the sausages? ;~)

Isn't there a chat thing (program) we could use? AIM? MSN? Heck I have no clue anymore what people use to chat with.

Posted by: Ann on January 20, 2004 05:26 PM

Ann I'm looking into that chat thing right now...

How exciting! I have an excellent recipe for donuts handed down by my Gramma who brought it from Ireland! You all will love them! :D

Purdiful flowers, Lolo, they are all gorgeous, and I want them. You still have my address, right? ;)

Posted by: Leanne on January 20, 2004 06:59 PM

Wouldn't it be easier to invite Lorena Bobbit?

Ok I'm getting ready, I even got all groomed for the party =}

Posted by: erikie parikie on January 21, 2004 02:14 AM

WOOT WOOT! Sounds like fun!! I'm sure Harley would have a blast going to her first partay!! She'd taken over the snausages platter fer-sure...along with cake, coca-cola, and finger sandwiches!! lol ;)

I just made a new art studio discussion board, if you Lori, and your groovy pals would like to join in. http://artstudio.proboards18.com

It's kind of a generic looking board, but it's all in good fun for talk and whatnots!

Posted by: jelene on January 21, 2004 03:18 AM

Wouldn't that be nice? Maybe someday we really *can* arrange a get together... kind of like "blogcon" a couple of years ago in Vegas.

::sigh::
:)

Posted by: Kitty on January 21, 2004 09:38 AM

Hey, we're moving right along! Lolo got the invitations out, the food's all lined up; Jolene's contributed a discussion board...

How about a live chat room for this evening? Here you go: http://thetimesink.com/talkinglive/

Enjoy...
(no need to register, just list your name and hit 'chat')
